CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and appreciate your business. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or service. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or fail to show up, 25% of the service fee will be charged. For appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, this policy still applies. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
